Leadership training has been described as part of the ‘trellis’ which allows the vine of the church to grow. Without a solid structure, even the most passionate communities can become tangled, stagnant or prone to collapse.
Good training helps to ensure that shifting cultural norms and the ‘unconscious theology’ which we all pick up along the way don’t stunt church growth. It also ensures that our leaders remain anchored in scripture, guarding the truth of God’s word. This means that in turn leaders are able to teach their churches with clarity raising up disciples in local communities across the world..
