How do the evenings work?

We’ve designed them to be flexible, fitting into the unique needs of your local context. There are a variety of ways you can access the teaching:

• Watch Party
  Gather your team in one location to watch and process content together
• Breakout Rooms
  Join individually from home and be placed into a Zoom breakout room with your local team
• Individuals
  If you don’t currently have a leadership team, or they aren’t available, join as an individual. We will host a dedicated breakout room where you can connect and process with other leaders who have joined on their own.

What if we miss a session?

While we highly recommend attending the training sessions live to experience the full benefit of real-time interaction and community connection, we recognise the logistical challenges of modern leadership.

Whether it’s a scheduling conflict or the difficulty of gathering a busy team in one location, we want to ensure that these resources remain accessible to everyone.

To support your ongoing development, we have created an online resource offering several key advantages for you and your team:

• On-Demand Flexibility
  Every training video and set of session notes is available online allowing you and your team to engage with the training on an ad-hoc basis that fits your specific calendar.
• Deep-Dive Learning
  Deep-Dive Learning - many of these topics may require more reflection than a single session allows. Our online resource gives you the freedom to revisit and re-watch specific sessions or parts thereof, ensuring that the teaching has the greatest impact.
• Catch Up
  If a key team member misses a live gathering, they can catch up independently, keeping your entire team moving forward together.

Whether you are able to join us live and benefit from the additional Q&A and live discussion or utilise the archives for self-paced study, our goal is to provide you with the ‘nuts and bolts’ that you need, whenever you need them.
