How?

Successful church planting is all about getting the right team, with the right leader, into the right location, at the right time, with the right resources to do the job.

Our church planting team will help to bring all these factors together through a variety of different means.

How will we do this?
Types of Church Plants

Interconnected - where an existing church starts a congregation which begins meeting in a different venue, either in another area of the same city or in a new town, city, or nation. This model uses the base church’s leadership structure to provide oversight for the new congregation. Finance and other elements of church life can be managed by the larger team, leaving the local congregation free to focus on establishing themselves and growing in their locality. In partnership with the base church, a senior leadership team will be established and the church plant will take on increasing responsibility.

New plants - where a group of people under oversight from an apostolic regional team are established in a new location. Although this group will need a clear leadership structure in place from the outset, senior leadership may be appointed at a later stage as the church plant grows and establishes itself.
